Leofoo Village Theme Park is a multi-purpose theme park developed out of what was originally just a safari park. Besides safari park, there are now many fun rides including spiral roller coaster and pirate ship rides etc.

Taipei > Leofoo Village Theme Park (Hsinchu County – Guansi Township)

Take a MRT train heading “Nanshijiao”. Alight at Jing-an Station. Board TaiLien’s E-go (Taiwan United) buses outside Jing-an Station to Leofoo.

Bus fare: NT$120 (one-way) NT$240 (return) Travel time: About 1 hr one-way

For more information on opening hours, admission tickets etc, check out website: www.leofoo.com.tw/village/parkinfo_ticket.php

Taiwan United bus schedule: www.leofoo.com.tw/village/schedule1.html

Hi guys, I planning a trip with my gf to taipei this mid-july, 7d6n. One problem is that I've never been to Taipei before...

A few questions:

1) Should I travel by Budget or normal airline?
2) Which hotel is the best? Hearsay its Rainbow hotel?
3) In terms of clothes, shld I bring 7 sets?! Or use the hotel's laundry service?
4) How much should I bring?

Sorry for these noob questions.

A few questions:

1) Should I travel by Budget or normal airline?

depends on yr budget....Eva and SQ or Jetstar
2) Which hotel is the best? Hearsay its Rainbow hotel?

I heard the hotel rooms interior is quite old....but the location is in the middle of ximending. But I think nearby there are some other hotels in XMD with newer interior. you may want to try TS hotel

http://www.tshotel.com.tw

3) In terms of clothes, shld I bring 7 sets?! Or use the hotel's laundry service?

intend to bring a few...the rest can be bought from there ...
4) How much should I bring?

I might be bringing some for misc items that cannot be used to pay by card...say abt sgd500

Sorry for these noob questions.

you can still go to hotspring on a hot season. The trick is to visit them in the late evening or at night.

now its like $589 for air fares alone...and the timings really suck..

I just came back from Taipei staying at Rainbow hotel and this hotel
is quite ok. The room is clean and best of all that it located in the
middle of Ximenting and very near the MRT.
