Whether raining or scrotching hot doesn't matter cos my trip was ruined by the weather.

Question HELP

Hi,

Anyone stayed in this 生活故事 before? http://www.lifestory.com.tw/
the location seems very gd, juz walking distance from the hualian mrt

i planned to take the tour bus : http://www.taiwantourbus.com.tw/engl...ail.php?uid=61 the next morning (cost 980NT incl lunch)

so, tot can juz walk fr the hotel 2 the station 2 board the tour bus...,

i read most of the forumers intro stone minsu n book cabbie instead.. bt seems tat the stone minsu located quite "wu lu" ? and if Ms. Liu bz 2 drive us 2 the city, then wont it be difficult 2 sight seeing ard hualian (in case no transport to city area??)

as for the cabbie... heard the price is rocketing nw? anyone can advise??
thanks a lot =)

anyone can advise what to do in hualian as im going to take the morning HSR fr taipei, so should reach hualian ard 9.35am...., wat to do til nite time??

eh, taking a look at the Guards changing lor. Will it take a long time? cos later going miramar mah.

nothing interesting.
and you probably have to go at the correct timing?
and i overheard a tourguide explaning that the navy, air force etc takes turn to pose.
(ok i don't know anything about guards so this is new to me)

Comfort Level - Wonstar (XMD) vs MiYi

Hi everyone,

Need a little help here.

I'll like to find out more abt the comfort level in both Wonstar (XiMenDing) & Miyi (Taipei Stn).

Location-wise, I'm ok with either so that's not really a factor here. Would really like to find out which one is more comfortable.

I'm asking this as the feedback I've read so far are very general in nature to indicate that hotel is 'Good' but can't really tell the characters of these 2 hotels from the very general feedback.

Can someone who stayed at both or either one provide some feedback regarding these 2 hotels in terms of cleanliness of room, comfy of bed, deco, breakfast etc? I'm looking at the Deluxe rooms with WINDOWS cos I'll feel claustrophobic without one...

Any feedback is deeply appreciated.

Thanks
