but voltage wise how ? if i not wrong, taiwan voltage and local voltage in sg not the same de. ours is 240 250v one i think. theirs is like 110v?

must get a adaptor to step up and down ?
There is no need to step down on the voltage..
The adaptor 240v is ok.. No problem to use.

Hmm, 2 flat pin head? So for those normal 3 pin head (e.g. Nokia chargers) and 2 round pin head digicam chargers, how to insert in ah?

Need to get any adaptors/pins there or the hotel will provide?

Thanks.
Some hotels might provide, but they might not have enough.
It will be safer to bring your own.
It is ver cheap.. Less then $2 should be able to get liao....

You can take Taroko Express Train which is faster. You can call Mr Lu Lai Fu who gives good service and yes, it's 1 day.

I think it's generally safe to travel alone.. did meet up a fellow Singaporean girl travelling alone as well.

Try not to hang out too late or at shady areas, common sense applies.

Taipei is easy to travel with the MRT however if you intend to go places out of MRT area it's generally harder and troublesome.
