just saw the weather forecast, for the next one week...everyday raining
This weekof 26th Oct fine weather with lows of 19C up North in the evenings and Highs of 29C.l It is better to carry a windbreaker. While te cool is comfortable, it is easy to get sick/catch cold e.t.c. Now,with HiNi people very suspicious so better to take necessary otherwise they WILL hassle you.

wat the weather like in jan ? first time going taipei during tat period
Jan weather generally cool to cold That is normally 12C ~18C otherwise 6~10C if there is a cold front.

Oh no, torrential rain expected from 22-25oct
Since the Typhoon track changed, yesterday turned out to be a really beautiful day.
I Had a super Singapore lunch at a New place called Prima Taste Kitchen in Neihu,Taipei. Very Authentic!!

any one know the address of the Yong He in taipei ?
"Yonghe soy bean milk". The original soy bean shop, 永和豆漿大王 (Yonghe Soy Bean Milk King), in business since 1955 and reportedly a favorite of Ma Ying-jeou and Su "Cheong" Tseng Chang's, is located at 台北縣永和市永和路二段284號 No. 284 Yonghe Rd. Sec. 2, Yonghe City, Taipei County (near Chung Cheng Bridge)

ya,u can get it from the airport
usually,they haf a couple of range...from $300 to 1kNT....
once use finish...u can buy the top-up card at 7-11 n DIY by following the instructions
each prepaid card is limit to 6 mths from the time of each top-up
I still use TCC prepaid card, top up cards from NTD100. Better than Chunghwa for Singapore calls.Same =no charge for incoming overseas or local calls.

I gave up my long term program a few years ago, find it a lot cheaper to maintain the prepaid card. If people need me, they can call me.
Just SMS your new number to your family and they can call you during off peak periods.

No offense but I wonder why would a Singaporean go for authentic Singapore food when going overseas for holiday?
