I have taken Jetstar many times to Taipei. This is the first time this month got a flight delay. Depart from Changi at 4.50pm. Return from Taoyuan 10.10pm. Fortunately can change to next day at same timing FOC.

Anyone familiar with Jetstar light carry-in luggage (esp when you traveling with an almost empty luggage)....... If the dimension is over a few cm, will we have a problem and kena the extra charges?

I also interested to know any Singapore banks with ATM (in Taipei) that allow us to withdraw cash with little or no transaction fees?

You can withdraw cash from DBS ATMs in Taiwan for free using your DBS/POSB ATM Card:

http://www.dbs.com/posb/others/posba...ault.aspx#cash

2. Cash withdrawal at DBS Hong Kong and DBS Taiwan ATMs will be free of charge.

You probably can locate a DBS ATM at its branches in Taiwan:
http://www.dbs.com/tw/en/network/Pages/default.aspx

Its deep into the taroko park, hire car/cab from sincheng/hualien.

hey guys

i wanted to go to yeliu
which is more adviseable
take train to keelung
or
take train to ruifang?
ruifang is for gg jiufen
bus from taipei cheaper than train transfer at keelung (but u could enjoy the train ride feel if u like)
