ximending, dan shuei ...
For dan shuei, those aluminium type 24" is about 1500twd.
For those flismy 28" hard casing luggage non expandable ones, they selling at 1200twd ...

still more expensive compared to buyin from qoo10 online ...
where you can get about 35+ (during sales) for 28" flimsy hardcasing 4wheels luggage.

Why don't you buy the KNALLA bag from Ikea and bring it with you? It cost $3.90 and can be folded. It is 47l. Even if it's damaged during the flight, it's only $3.90.

For me, I prefer to buy in sg. You can wait till promo then buy, can compare since it's early.
Some of them prefer to save the cost of check in luggage, go tw and buy.

most likely he or she is trying to save up the baggage checked in fees for sin to tpe route, and use them to purchase another luggage instead .
