why not buy the computer parts and assemble the computer urself? if u buy from reputable manufacturers, u dont have to be scared of any bad things happen.

Nowadays got carbon tax
Need to cut down on carbon footprint
Laptops, notebook PCs can ownsel assemble ar?
Some more, must have the time ....
And the technical know-how leh
Also don't have dependable technical support for the assembled system yo.

well, i never believed in technical support/customer service/unknown shops. when i ask them about anything, nobody can answer me anyway. it is your choice though.

My tested strategy is to buy direct from Dell or buy Asus from Harvey Norman or Best Denki with 3 years of onsite warranty and technical support.

Infinito Atrix = Atrix Dynamics

Although can’t find information regarding Alchemy Systems (and idk what does ‘managed by Alcheny Systems means based in the photo) I’ve managed to find Infinito Atrix seller account on Shopee and Qoo10. Its address stated in Shopee is different from Atrix Dynamics, but its address in Qoo10 is the same.

Good work bro.
Don't know why do business must do until so dirty .... might as well go and rob the two casinos in SG, .... or go and rob the Singapore Turf Club better.

i got scam by them a year+ back then also.
bought a HP laptop but only realize is a cheaply made counterfeit + unlicensed china windows installed.
i went back to the trade show and shouted at the counter and they immediately give my money back.
this company is a total scam because i posted complaint about the incident back then in HWZ and others replied having similar experience with that store.

Was at this March-2019's IT Show yo.

I was looking for reviews for this shop then saw this image.. now I had to create an account cos that's me in the photo, scouting for laptops :s13:

I just purchased two brand new Asus laptops from them this September 2019 IT show. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to check for credibility since the stall looks legit & competetive enough. So far the laptops are doing okay, but I'm scared that later on I can't claim warranty from Asus dealer in case I need it cos they installed a 3rd party free RAM upgrade & 1TB HDD. I did check the Asus websites though and the laptops are confirmed brand new from factory (mfg date Jul & Aug 2019) and are both under warranty. I hope the RAM & HDD doesn't void my warranty :(

I just feel very sad because I chose Atrix over Best Denki. They offer same price & upgrades, but Atrix offered some more freebies (keyboard protector, mouse, laptop cleaner, mouse pad, 32gb thumb drive (which was out of stock, so i didnt get any) - all of which are cheap and useless. I am relatively new here in Singapore so I did not know that Best Denki is a reputable retailer. :(

You should check with Asus SG on whether they are the Authorised Reseller first. Then whether they are authorized to carry out the hardware upgrades for Asus customers, on site @Comex, IT Show etc.
The bigger share of responsibility still falls on Asus for not taking proactive actions to enforce measures to weed out any illegal practices by retailers .... especially at major events such as the bigger IT shows.
Good luck, and sorry to have taken you.

Don't forget to exercise your rights by applying the seller's Achilles heel, that is, the lemon law for consumer protection in Singapore..

Nothing to be afaid of. Know your rights as consumer. Anything wrong with the laptop just go back to them and bang table if necessary
