I'm visiting Bangkok for the first time.

I bought the $7.80 7-day tourist card from Shopper.

I want install this card into a Huawei Mobile WiFi.

Is it plug & play ?

Do I need to activate it first ?

To activate, I need to put it into a phone first?

Please advise.

Thanks.

I did not try with tourist card.
When I'm in Malaysia, I just buy sim card and put inside wifi router, when on it's set and reasy to use.

Yes, need to be activated using HP. Just follow the comewith instruction, transfer to MIFI after activation. Very fast and good speed.

I'm in Bangkok now. I have both AIS & TRUE tourists cards which I bought at shopee at S$7.80 each. Locally, it's selling at 199baht each.

There's NO need to activate the cards.

You can install it directly into your WiFi router. For AIS, you need to key in the profile. For TRUE, a new profile will automatically be created.

Hope this helps.
