Get Amazon owned Ring or Google owned Nest. Get an electrician and wire them up and forget about low battery, pay a subscription. It is the path of least resistance and saves headaches.

Also the communication lag if you are talking via the cctv/doorbell is minimal because of fast servers.

Their Ai logs faces and videos in case you have some issues and need to retrieve footages / unregistered faces.

The other options require either too much technical hands-on or fiddling or monitoring.
