潘若迪擔任嘉賓出場，他一現身沈玉琳忍不住哭出來，他表示對方看過他最虛弱的時候，一手正在輸血一手在打抗生素，講話都很虛弱，也陪伴他康復的時候。潘若迪表示，「沒有什麼比健康更重要，生命的長度就沒有意義。」沈玉琳也承諾，未來會跟潘若迪一起運動。

公視台語台表示，沈玉琳在籌備這個節目之初，就很盡心盡力全心投入這個節目，在錄製過程，整個團隊充滿了笑聲、歡樂，充滿了沈氏荒謬娛樂的精彩效果。後來在生病之後，雖然人在醫院中，也還是關心著這個節目，所以他的徒弟跟好友們，都力挺沈玉琳來代班主持。
