Anyone stay in Mickey mouse condo below 1m ?

moi auntie and uncle live in condo which costs roughly 1m, about 100-110 sqm i think. unit ish far too small imo and beri cramped. they own 2 cars.

moi family lives 5 room flat, more than 130 sqm. beri spacious! we owned 1 car but sold it rike 3-4 years ago

Yes. As long near mrt, especially those dual lines is good location for self stay and rent. Mine is about 8 mins walk to mrt still ok lol

plan to be bachelorette pad.
Drive a small japanese car but still prefet central south cos friends n fam stay nearby

Saw 2 bdrm at commonwealth area not bad but should be 1.5m

If u really want to buy, at least buy a 2-Br.

Also getting 1br or 2br is about life goals or priority. I got the 1br after my break up, where I was planning to treat it as my private place to bring back new gf.

but right now, I have a gf and my plan has changed again and will be using it as rent or as a place for both of us to live together in private.

I think aside from space (whether sufficient for 1-2 persons) , you need to consider resale value.
From casual conversation and occasional articles, hasn't such properties gone off the boil i.e no longer very attractive?
