Wasn't referring to you at all, just didn't like the know-it-all attitude I was getting from Mr.Canberra as if I should follow his advice. I don't really shop that much since clothes and shoes don't fit, but I like to buy sweets and groceries which take up a lot of space. I'm the person who hand carries a Sakura Swiss roll that requires refrigeration lol

Anyway...let's get this thread back on topic :)

I don't. I hate shopping, both locally or overseas, hence I will never go shopping when I'm overseas unless I absolutely need something.

Just because I have different preference as compared to you when going overseas doesn't mean I'm not a sane person. :s22:

Me too. Didn't shop when I travelled alone in February as my luggage was full of my winter clothing. Carried a backpack when I was moving around for 6 days (within Izu Peninsula then towards Nagaoka and back to Tokyo) while the luggage was forwarded to Tokyo from Mishima. No space and no hands to carry too. One can't fault others for not buying much or even nothing back to Singapore.

Let him be as his mentality is, 'My way or the highway.'. :s13:

How abt the toilet? Some room very big but toilet cramp. Haha...

Toilet seems to be typical Japanese business hotel styles. Not exactly big but then not so small.
Room size is 30sqm. Quite big for Japanese standard.

Not sure if someone has posted this.

May I know if there is any straight bus from haneda airport to osaka? I have checked that I will need to take the bus from Narita, Tokyo station or shinjuku.

And has anyone sign up short term class in Japan with tourist visa?

Thanks

Ueno is better as you can take the same Hayabusa to Shin-Hakodate. (except hayabusa 5 & 11)

In that case, can consider staying near Tokyo Station like Yaesu or Marunouchi
