It's crazy, really hope they change to ART instead, doesn't make sense to Q up to 5hrs for a test just to satisfy some bureaucrats..

This SG AU VTL seems poorly organised, at least from AU side.

Indeed, especially during this time where tons of interstate travellers need to also get tested to travel to QLD. Doesn't help the situation at all, hopefully they move towards ART in time to come.

Which leg are you talking about.

Pre-departure from Aust -> SG, yes supervised. Done at the airport pathology

On arrival in Aust and day 5-7, self test, not supervised.

There's zero stock in retails here, you can bring your own, Panbio is approved here.

If I arrive in Sydney then go Tasmania on Day 5 does this mean I no need to do self test since Tasmania doesn't require any test?

Maybe should fly to Melbourne instead. No need to do self test in Victoria during day 5-7

The rules keep changing, yea just read that Victoria doesn't require ART even on day 5-7 now.

Also if you intend to go Tassie, better to come to Vic so there's a choice to take the spirit of tasmania cruise over.

For pre-departure test to Australia, from 0100hrs 23 Jan, ART/RAT is accepted. Have to be medically administated.

$38 + $59 (RAT in AUS for pre-departure to SG) + $125 = $222

Don't think much will change though.. the usual pre/post test

Aust side might remove test altogether though

Perth hold your breath 1st, no idea when will they ever open..

I really hope SG removes the on arrival PCR, it's totally redundant, just take ART will do.
