I know this is insensitive, but there's really a case for pushing euthanasia here. If doctors have assessed he probably won't recover, why burden his family for the rest of his life, and beyond them?

If I am the victim, I won't want this to happen. And to spend the rest of my life incapacitated like this.

After destroying someone’s life and leaving his brother in a vegetative state, the driver acted like nothing happened. Not a single word of regret or apology.
