But a few casual words and socializing isn't enough for a guy to start bribing process
u dont initiate it right away

this billionaire guy got so much history....... not simple guy who likes to use guan xi it seems

sometimes u test the person out with drinks or night spots or little stuff, then he got his experience... wont be surprising

just not sure if it's monetary in nature or not only

if he proposed to IS in a way such that it's not a conflict of interests but mutually aligning their interests..

He seems to rly think money can do anything
