Hello, will be enlisting on october (enhanced) at tekong, may i know what are the daily routine during my confinement week? And what kind of workout i should do to prepare myself physically? Thank you!

I'm assuming you're Pes A / B enhanced batch?

Push ups

daily routine is the usual 5 BX, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, push ups, lunges, etc. Exercise may differ depending on which school / who your OC is

basically exercises /5BX daily, a lot of chin ups. 3 meals a day of course, sometimes night snack.

the rest depends on the daily schedule, you will be provided a timetable. maybe early part will include technical handling, etc

from now on, dont worry too much, just do regular exercise til Oct, do running, sit up , push up, chin up, some weights if you want.

remember to enjoy yourself before going in....

are you asking for estimation? no one here knows for sure ...

if you sway and u kena xiong as fk coy, you'll have 0 admin time. if you're lucky and u got a white horse + obedient recruits who can follow every order in your coy, you'll have tons of admin time.

either way no one can tell you how much time you'll have. go in expecting 0 admin time, that's all i can advice you... dont think so much about this, no point really... go enjoy your life, work out and prep yourself physically and mentally.

Hi, my brother enlisted yesterday (PTP + BMT armoured). Would like to ask if anyone knows when would he most likely go for field camp (like which week? his BMT commencement is 5 July). Need to send the letter 2-3 weeks before? Thanks!

We're raised by our grandparents and I wasn't there as I'm currently overseas. My grandparents couldn't understand a thing :/ Apparently they asked the other parents and my grandparents were only told of the BMT commencement date, as well as BMT graduation date, and daily routine.
