All foreigners can go their country embassy for their problems. Nothing new in this. If you go to any foriegn country, you can also go to Singapore embassy in that country for your problem. These problems generally related to passport, visa etc.

Indian embassy just launched an email support....probably they don’t have money for call center support...haha. Their email also gmail...also show no money for proper email id. Also, email channel easy to be spammed.

Not sure why everyone is so angry about.
