Cranberry seems nice to stay if it's really quiet like a "ghost town" considering how crowded it is in other parts of Sg.

Gonna be the next punggol.
Don’t think so, maybe next Admiralty got chance; Packed to the brim, drivers have to be wary of pedestrian crossing roads.

Unlike PG and SK, there is a lot of road network and good rail connectivity to Canberra. Yishun Ave 2, Ave 8, Seletar Link, Gambas Ave, Sembawang Road, Admiralty Road etc.

Iced kopi $1.50 small glass, $2.20 big glass really sibei huat. Weekend morning easily 10-15pax queue all the time.

Since still got high demand. Should up price to $4 for iced kopi. Can say due to rising cost of raw ingredients

That's because most neighbourhood coffee shops deliver the drinks to the customers but this coffeeshop expects the customer to queue and collect their own drinks there and then. Save manpower costs yet, their drinks are more expensive than others...
