Can ask those complaining about Punggol to move to Canberra

Canberra confirm plus chop better connectivity than Punggol.

Want to go city can go via Seletar-CTE, Lentor-CTE, Upper Thomson Rd and next time got the North South Link.

Simpang forested area is SAF training ground. Don't think will be gone unless there is a change to SAF policy for the reduction of NSF dramatically which is highly unlikely! :s13:

Lower Seletar Reservoir is water catchment area. How to clear? Singapore needs more water for 6.9 million population. :D

Current population 5.612 million (2017).

Nah, all SAF training will go to Tekong, no more outfield training in Singapore island itself.

anyone did a forecast of the resale value of canberra East Series when these flat reach 5 year MOP , with mrt station within walking distance.

i did a check of flat for canberra/sembawang 4room units all within walking distance to sunplaza/sembawang mrt and the selling price is at $330-400k.

current EastGlen is selling at $251 to $304k , means the value won't increase much after 5 years ?

I bought my Sembawang 4rm about 17 years ago for $165k, Sold last year for $380K. If I had sold it after 5 years, maybe around $220k only back then.
I expect Canberra flats to appreciate when the stadium complex and other nearby amenities open.

Not the whole area. Only the plot of mangrove swamps near to Yishun Dam & Yishun avenue 1.

It is just a matter of time the northern part gets cleared as well

Plans to develop Simpang were shelved back in 1990s

I was right, new Canberra got 3 plots reserved for schools...

Did not get a queue number for Canberra Nov 18 BTO... Any idea if there will be any BTO projects at Canberra in the next 2 years? Doesn’t look like there is any more land there for HDB projects.. only schools and ECs... 😭

Should be no more, too late. Only left EC and schools.
