Just pop one candy in your mouth if you go for Fasted cardio in the morning. Else eat 1 banana before run also good. Lack of water also can make you feel giddy. Can drink 1or 2 cup of water before the run.

Morning wake up of course hungry la. You didnt eat for >9 hours lei... who wont be hungry... :frown:

maybe shld pop 1 candy. Might be low sugar bah. I drink like 1 bottle of 330ml water before i go rolling de :o 🥴

thats why i say i bky skip meals de. Imagine 16 hrs dont eat i faint liow 😩
