I'm grateful my BP is generally ok (usually take the readings after brisk walking from Outram Park MRT to SGH Bowyer Block).
Cholesterol levels are good too; just that blood sugar needs attention to bring lower.

keep up the good work! Walk more ish good de esp brisk walking cos ur weight not suitable for jogging. Can go swimming also de :s12: 🥴

Eons ago ma. Now still not too late, simple stretching (拉筋) can help also. Buy a ex mat for sit up lor, helps rah.

i have yoga mat at home lah. Last yr attended some yoga so now do all these stretching at night whilst watching tv lor. :o 🥴

but if i dont cut down on nonsense food do all these also cant bring out my abs de :frown:

Nehmind. I start with two/day first. Quota reached early meaning no stick for the nite.

I have depression rah. This one money may not help de. Months of getting scolding by ppl here has worsen it rah. Today I happi a bit open up talk about it rah…
