All MVNO gives free Caller-ID.
All prepaid SIM gives free Caller-ID.
Starhub SIM Only gives free Caller-ID (without contract).

Singtel and M1 does not have free Caller-ID based on no contract SIM only.
M1 sometimes have promo for free 3 or 6 months free Caller-ID. Or might even need to opt-in for free Caller-ID.
Singtel usually gives free Caller-ID with 12 months contract.

Thanks for the summary. They come in handy looking for a new plan.

Still very good deal to go if you are existing SingTel Customer. 12month contract is not a real problem.

SIM Only Plan
SIM Only Plan at $25/mth with 30GB + 1000 mins + 500 SMS + Free Caller ID for 12 months

Talk Time Add-on
200 mins at $5.35/mth
800 mins at $10.70/mth
Unlimited $16.05/mth

SMS/MMS Add-on
1200 SMS/MMS at $5.35/mth
2400 SMS/MMS at $10.70/mth

Rubbish.
Giga add 100mins for $1 only. :s22::s22:

Each to his own. There are people happily signing 24 months device plans and some prefer prepaid. So why say his preference is BS.....

Ah yeah, agree. Ppl usually choose Sim only plan for the flexibility. The inflexible ones are some of these telcos who don’t understand how to structure good Sim only products which attract and yet retain customers.

How about rewarding customers say +1gb monthly bonus data every 3 mths cap at double the customer’s data limit. Plus every 6mths there is a drop of 5% of monthly subscription fees (cap at 25%) or bonus data?

This Beats the annual acquisition cost and enhance the loyalty rather than a 1yr Sim only contract with high tendency to switch after that

I'd say the telcos continue to screw the older folks with super expensive plans. take my father for example, Singtel sold him a $40+ plan for 4GB. what the....!!!....

Saying 12 months contract is not a real problem is ******** because no matter what you have to pay it either fully or with a penalty before moving to better deals

Long time ago M1 use to give loyalty discount.

Not hoping for a lot, just give existing customers same promo as new customers. I fail to understand why traffic light more interested to get new customers than to retain existing ones.

i know of ppl who simply want to sign 24-months plan for GOOD reason... because their company is PAYING their phone bills... hence essentially with these phone contract means the company pays for their plan AND phone....
