Like they initially imprement simply go. Uproar from public. Chee will say majority of public still use prefer simply go and every MPs will agree. Then they will implement it as it is.

Grace will give a speech in Parliament about paying high price for won ton mee like you pay for pasta. Every MPs will agree and Inflation continues to be ignored like nothing. Of cos they will be other speech from other MPs that will make no sense. Bottom line is pls vote wisely...

1 time purge all, hdb can unlock base prices to 4 or 5m while freshie gets 15k. More betterer ft come in make this place even more vibrant.

Think abt 5 10 15yrs time frame, not today tmr or next week

when we hit 10m

personal space conservation tax will kick in, same as water conservation tax

as land and public space are scarce we need to tax people's movement to teach them the importance of only leaving the house when necessary to conserve our personal space, land and lessen the strain on infrastructure

same sound logic as water conservation tax
