Everything is harmful when not taken in moderation.

Even over drinking of plain water also can cause death.

they have been hanging around there and vaping for at least past few years. Nothing gets done. Submitted police report with pictures, called police.

The previous Cafe near there closed down due to them. They sat at the alfresco area of the cafe and cause disturbances.
based on what u said, means they dun bother. Plain clothes police can be assigned so easily.

the one who took their photos must have tahan them for long time to risk it and take it to social media.

U know sometimes things only gets done when it goes viral.

But they look so young. Means they have been there since primary school?

This person did the right thing by taking photo, but the problem is that he did it so convincingly and obviously without being stealthy. If you flash a phone in a stranger's face, always expect things to go south and prepare for a confrontation.

not that i support the wannabe bengs who are stupid enough to be vaping in public and attracting all kinds of unwanted attention.. but the stomper also dumb as hell. what was he expecting when he one man go there take photo act one hero? the bengs say sorry, throw their vapes away and they all hugged and cried meh?

its like a cyclist trying to play punk with a car. yeah sure.. the driver gets charged. serve him right. but who is the one in the hospital? worth it meh

When Thailand first legalised Cannabis, it resulted in an increased number of tourists taking this drug. Now it’s Kpods wreaking havoc to many unknowing people

depends on the vape laced with what kind of drugs. Eg . If it’s Etomidate as reported, I think this is way more dangerous than cannabis which is like smoking.

for years , u see people vaping but now they kan chionh bcos someone can think of lacing it with drugs such as etomidate.

cannabis - some countries consider cannabis as recreational .
