Hi should I wait until my bill for annual fee come in that I call in and waive? is it too late
or should I call in one month before the annual fee is billed to call in and waive the annual fee?

Last say I was billed alrdy, and the CSO waive off, what will happen? that the charge will disappear from my credit card statement for that month?

or they will credit me the $110 next month?

please advise me the process, first timer here

Can ask for it when it is reflected in your bill.
They will waive it off.

They will offset it in your bill as a credit the following month with the GST. If you didn't use the card, they won't send you a cheque or credit into your bank a/c if by Giro.

If you call and waived off the fees before the payment, you can pay your outstanding minus the fees, will reflect in the statement of the reversal in the following month.

There's nothing to waive if it hasn't appeared in your statement yet.

1. wait for bill
2. got charges..... call hotline > waiver
3. Upon approval, they will reverse the charges in few working days.

You can call to waive every month

Then they will credit you $110 each time

Secrets that banks don't want you to know!

Assume Apr bill debited 192.60.

Apr call to waive and if succeed

May bill will show credit 192.60.

Then image your May expenses is 892.60, you only need to pay 700 in May lo.

The above scenario is usually what happens for me la. I not free to track and remember which card charges annual fees on which month.

Scenario 2 is you call and waive on Apr. Apr bill is 592.60, upon CSO verified is waived, Apr bill you pay 400 can le.

But i always use scenario 1 for Citi cos they got system call to waive, not speak to CSO, so i ok to pay Apr bill in full and see the credit back in May.
