Was observing across multiple hawker centres, and using kway chap as an example. But I've also seen similar trends with Chicken Rice, for example.
Why is it that the more persons who share a meal, the more expensive it is when divided per person? Conventional wisdom would suggest that if more persons share, the cost/person should drop. But it doesn't appear to be it here.
