question is why is DBS asking for email if the merchant is clearly qoo10/shoppee. While you can provide those email, perhaps should raise this up since they already know about this wide spread wrong coding error.

my issues on the DBS Amex all settled liao...

since ur DBS Amex issue is an open case, you can try raise with the DBS customer service, on why they need the merchant emails as proof, when it's obvious from the merchant name on the charges. make sure, u've enough blood to vomit, before u attempt it ��
