Translated from lowyat post on status of MyTV's JB transmission.

Tower Transmitter location but is currently OFF Air (Not in operation):

Mount Pulai, Johor. Frequency 698, 714, 850
Gunung Ledang, Johor

Note: Tower transmitter MYTV is not yet available for approval (Tagging) by the COMMISSION in the directions of the transmitter OFF, from the COMMISSION.
Will be ON again after the COMMISSION (MCMC) finished process approval (tagging).

MYTV Gunung Ledang Transmitter problem, (mytv transmission Equipment are ready to be installed) the position of the tower is blocked by TV9 analog, so a lot of work on transmitter is due, slow progress on the transmitter

Thanks bros for letting me know where to buy the Funke antenna. I bought the Daiyo 1702 $64 at challenger last week as many places were out of stock for Funke antenna. I was not very impressed with the Daiyo 1702. Signal was not fantastic. Ended up have to place on the floor to get the best signal out of the antenna...

Today I went to Courts at Westgate. They have at least 20pcs of Funke Margon Home 2.0. I bought one ($39) too. I will do a comparison tonight.

How's your comparison with Funke?
That's pretty weird. I do not have issues with Daiyo EU1702. Infact i'm getting full signal and quality and my TV is about 6-7 metres away from the window.

Just checked and noticed that Mediacorp did not update their indoor signal ready map this year. A bit strange la.

I tried my Funke Margon 2.0 and Daiyo 1702 antenna. The Funke seems to be slightly better as my Daiyo's reception was insufficent on my tv table while the Funke was still able to although there was some stuttering. The Daiyo had to be placed on the floor where it was nearer to the window for above avg reception. To summarise, for me the Funke was better and cheaper, $39 vs $64.

If you put the Funke antenna at a higher location it may be better.
