Is it a DVB-T2 digital receiver come with digital antenna?

There's Digital Receiver Set-Top Box.
But there's only Passive and Active Antenna. No Digital Antenna.
Passive Antenna does not use Extra Power Supply.
Active Antenna uses Extra Power Supply. (Usually from USB)

If you do not have Starhub or Singtel PAID TV, you'll receive a letter from IMDA to get a free STB + Antenna, or $100 discount.

Else if you want cheap, get from Qoo10. Any DVB-T2 is good to use.
Pricing may be just below $20, to around $25.

My mom's TV doesn't have DVB-T2 in built and I never receive the letter because my living TV has DVB-T2 in built with Starhub TV. Only my mom's TV in the room doesn't have.

Any recommend from buying online?

If you don't mind those China set top box, they are available on Qoo10 at a relatively cheap price:

Newmedia Solutions is also selling their set top box at Lazada for $89 too:

Qoo10.
just search for DVB-T2
Under $25.

Antenna, if it's old flat with antenna at the rooftop, can use the old tv point. just need a cable.
SCV (Starhub) Cable TV Point is a no-no.

Else some of the STB sold comes with free small antenna. Can try that first. (Some need top up $2).

How much and does it come with active antenna? And most importantly, does recorded TV able to play on PC?

Found the answer.

Courts selling the Draco HDT2-7700 bundle with Funke DSC250 active antenna for $100. But look like it has the same copy-protection feature as the NMS. :(

Still need confirmation on the copy-protection (HDCP) part.

Does your TV support digital DVB-T2?

If yes: Just have to connect an indoor antenna to your TV and tune for the channels.
If no: Since you don't have cable TV services, you will probably be receiving the free Starter Kit that will come with a free set top box and indoor antenna.

If you didn't receive it by this month, you can try applying for one at starterkit.digitaltv.sg.

My redeemed STB just RIP 2 days ago. Call up the hotline on the STB, went thru some troubleshooting to confirm STB RIP and ask me go IMM or Paragon M1 customer service counter to exchange as it came with 1 year warranty. Just exchanged a new STB from Paragon M1. Hopefully it don't RIP so fast again..
