Not at present, but I have in the past. If you’re trying to decide on a dining table it’s much like deciding on a kitchen countertop material. You might even be able to coordinate the dining table surface with your kitchen countertops. One potential difference is that these products are heavy, so if you want to reposition your dining table frequently then they can be awkward (unless perhaps you equip the table legs with casters/wheels that lock). Of course a heavy table could be an advantage since it reduces or eliminates wobbling. On the other hand, if you like extendable dining tables then these surfaces probably don’t work. Natural stone products tend to require more care than manufactured stone.Hi all, are there any user of Sintered stone and Marble stone as their dining table? Need your insight on this please.

my contractor is currently doing a customize quartz for my dining table
Just an inexpensive one that we’re likely to replace later this year, but we haven’t found one that we like yet. A quartz dining table is a possibility.May i know whar table are you using now?
I agree marble is nightmare material whether for floor or dining table, ok only for console table or those decorative small table without much use. I would even advise against using marble for coffee tables as its not practical. Quartz or silestone better option but good quartz is not cheapMarble top dining table stain easily so unless you place a glass over it or maintain it very well, you should choose other material. Or unless just want to look 'swee' which I cannot deny marble does have that 'atas look' but seldom really use, so can go for marble.i
Is sinter smooth like marble? Or is it rough?Decided to buy sinter stone, happy with it.. using it for a week now, no complain..

Where did you get the table in the end? Just saw this Sinter Stone being marketted recently in SG. I guess more and more Stone/quartz/ceramic tables are being offered nowadaysIts like those matte ceramic type

Marble really like hard to maintain ah ?? I am still planning to buy 1 Marble dining table from Ezbuy for my next house. Jialat...
In your opinion, how is Sintered Stone compared to Quartz ? My previous house, my dining table is customized using ColorQuartz and is quite easy to maintain too.Same here. Got my Sintered Stone table at Comfort Furniture. Though it is hollow on the inside probably due to Comfort Furniture's choice to maximize cost vs my own customized sintered stone counter top, the sintered stone still works as intended. Meaning, I dare to choose a white marble design for both my dining table and kitchen countertop. And for months, it still has remained pristine white wiping away the easy to stain turmeric and I dare to put my airfryer cooking utensil directly on the table without the use of a coaster as it leaves no trace of having a heated object leaving a mark on it.
If it were any other stone types or wood for dining tables, I wouldn't dare do that as they have a lot of cons. But not with Sintered Stone. So if you want something that will last, Sintered Stone is the way to go. If you want wood looks, then go with those wood resin dining tables. But they won't last anywhere near a Sintered Stone. That's for sure.
Hmm.. well noted with thanksnot sure if that is really marble.. i have two friends, one is okay.. one the slate was broken into two.. ended have to buy a new set here.
Maybe this link can be of assistance. Very extensive tests of the many different types of stones that we can choose from in Singapore. So Granite, Quartz, Concrete, Sintered. In your opinion, how is Sintered Stone compared to Quartz ? My previous house, my dining table is customized using ColorQuartz and is quite easy to maintain too.
