I noticed these new town , very fast infested with Foreigner Indian . The rate still going.
I feel these foreigner Indian also " smart " choose those new town simply because cheaper than getting one at city area or near city areas.
Unfortunately, don't feel dismiss. Quite a lot Singaporeans also choose those places, simply because cheaper , next some are formerly own a flat at city areas or near city areas and sold off for profits move to there.
Any guess on How much will the 3-room resale flat within walking distance of 6-7 minutes type from Canberra MRT likely to cost in 2022?! The reason why I said 2022 is becos 2022 should be the earliest year that 3-room BTO flats near Canberra MRT are available for resale in the resale market.
(My elderly relative will be staying alone in her 5-room Woodlands flat from next year onwards after her daughter married and buy her own house next year, she intends to sell her 5-room flat and she is considering whether to buy a resale 3-room flat near Woodlands MRT or a 3-room resale flat near Canberra MRT??)
