Went to canberra for walk walk wib moi ATB

Other than the futuristic mrt station design and canberra plaza nothing much, not much coffee shops around

Khatib/yishun is a much better option wib safra, hometeamns facilities and tons of goot food at kopishops

Today went reece Urbanville @ Woodlands land plot.

Quite surprise to see the whole estate is not too huge when observing from the ground.

Building with green and orange letterings is Causeway Point in the background. In front of it is Woodlands MRT Station. Lots of chio jiuhu "Blackpink meimei". Blood pressure went up a bit today! :s13:

Only the best if you:

1) Lock in at low prices in the first few batches of BTO releases before the official announcement of Canberra MRT Station on 01/08/14.
2) Not required to travel around much. Work in the North region or from home.
3) Travel to Malaysia frequently.
4) Spacious roads/public space, peace, quiet, nature and sea recreation activities lover.

I bought during SBF after mrt was announced. Compare the price from BTO, the difference is a mere $6k nia.

Blk 120 got coffee shop, Blk 105 also got, blk 115 also got. Blk 106 also opening coffee shop. Coffee shops are within 300-400m of each other so almost everybody is within 200m of a coffee shop. If you say not much coffee shops then i got nothing to say, every 2 projects have 1 coffee shop.

Just took 883 pass the Canberra estate.. Look like ghost town sia. No amenities, lots of carpark with no cars. Mrt station not even completed. Only 1 bus... see riao jin scary...

if singapore got ghost town.. .... then population size must be reducing

I dun tink it would remain a ghost town for very long.....There's the nearby sembawang park for greenery....Canberra new town will be the next punggol lol....lotsa of land available for redevelopment across yishun ave 8
