No. Don’t expect really high-end brands though. Nothing like Paris. More like our typical departmental stores.

Hi seniors here have some question regarding room upgrade.

We are setting sail this Wed (24 Nov). Currently me, my wife and child are at Palace room. My Parents in law are in balcony stateroom. As latest changes in restrictions allows 5 from different household to dine together, we are thinking of asking my Parents-in-law join us in the specialty restaurants for all the meals for 3D2N.

Thus may i ask what is the average price for the set lunch/dinner at speciality restaurants (in particular teppanyaki, silk road & Mark Grill)?
Or will it be more worth it to ask my parent-in-law to upgrade to Palace? and if so what will the additional cost be?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
Rest will cost 50-80 per pax, upgrade to palace 525 for 2N n 828 for 3N subject to availability. Palace is quite full these days so if want to upgrade try to do 1st on thru the phone n get to enjoy the perks priority queue,If onboard hv to wait till 5pm.

is there anywhere that shows what brands are available for shopping on board?
Coach, Guess, Bally, MK, SK2. The brands change seasonally. They only sell bags, perfume, watches. Not much. And most of the items seems like outlet design. Usually won’t catch anyone attention most of the time. Very few.

Depends on the availability of the rms. I once had to pay 1300 to upgrade onboard. Upgrade onboard is cheaper but hv to wait till 5pm and risk of no rms.

upgrading on board is only subject to availability, so you need to take your chance when you board and quickly go to level 6 reception to ask. that's why the cost is cheaper.

upgrading before you sail is as good as changing your tickets to Palace, so the cost will be higher.

from my last trip i also tot of upgrading only on board but see the response, alot are saying no more Palace rooms so i call and upgrade instead.

no regrets. you enjoy priority ART, checking in, boarding and first lunch meal. and avoid disappoinment of missing out of Palace if they say no more.

i think Palace are already full for Nov & Dec trips, so don't expect to be able to upgrade onboard.

I never sit cruise before. Royal carribean or Dream cruise is better? Mainly in terms of food and entertainment since I don't gamble. :o

Disembarked this morning. We can't order complimentary meals via room service or packed complimentary meals outside The Lido now because all passengers are fully vaccinated.
