Miss those activities u guys mentioned. Fireworks on sea will be a great experience. Me only started going DC during covid.
All 6D5N trips had fireworks and there was lucky draw after that. Every passenger was served half a lobster on last night dinner. I won a goodies bag with a few items during my first 6D5N trip to Surabaya and Celukan Bawang.😀
Dream Cruises ports of call from Singapore was much better than Royal Caribbean during that time.

I heard the top prize of the lucky draw was 6D/5N Cruise package.

TBH, the half lobster so so only.

Yes, DC ports of call were much better. I was considering the 6D/5N cruise to Christmas Island but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. There was another special cruise to Brunei and Sabah-Api Api also look interesting.

The cruises to Koh Samui/Laem Chaebang(Bangkok/Pattaya) in Thailand or the Nha Trang/HCM-Phu My in Vietnam were also very fun. Just that the Ports are too far away from city or shopping areas shorten the port visit time.

I also booked 6th September 2020 departure to Christmas Island but the trip was cancelled. I think Winterdews booked too.
I enjoyed the seafood in Nha Trang (Vietnam) and snorkeling in Pulau Redang.
Kuala Lumpur is the worst for casino goers because international water is far from the port. Hence, casino will open about one and half hour after departure. 😔

They have this mini sub-marine underwater exploration that costs around $880++ (think per pax) when they called Redang. Saw a mother and her son took it. Wonder if anyone else took it too?

yup book the xmas island trip back then.. last time booking can do 4 to 5 months in advance and booking for comp not as difficult compare to current.. Like the 4D 3N phuket patong tender and penang cruise most. Did also tried 6d5n surabaya and bali also in 2018.

Hopefully by later half of the year capacity go up and ports of call come back. Right now is getting less interesting and no fun on current settings

Non alcoholic beverages should be okay. Alcoholic beverages not allowed to bring back to SG.

You can bring back the following if your trip is 4D3N because you have spent 48hrs or more outside Singapore immediately before arrival.
▪️1 litre spirits & 1 litre of wine, or
▪️1 litre spirits & 1 litre of beer, or
▪️1 litre of wine & 1 litre of beer, or
▪️2 litres of wine, or
▪️2 litres of beer.

I usually called the hotline to book the cabin when I brought Resort World Genting (RWG) member so that the staff could verify my travel companion's RWG membership and waived the $35/night non member surcharge.

if already called to book, can still sign up RWG membership and get waiver ?

we r new to cruise. relatives asked us along but did not ask about our RWG membership

TIA

How do you sign up Resort World Genting (RWG) membership unless you are going to Resort World Genting (RWG) highlands now?
Resort World Sentosa (RWS) doesn't entitle you the waiver of $35/night non member surcharge at Resort World At Sea (RWAS). It only provides you a one time membership status matching when you do your RWAS membership onboard.
BTW, the $35/night non member surcharge must be paid within 48hrs upon booking and it is non refundable. Just remember to do your RWAS membership onboard to entitle the waiver for your future trips.

I signed up Genting Rewards online https://book.rwgenting.com/onelogin/registercustomer ... does that count ?

there is also a RWAS online registration site.

mayb too late, my relative said he already paid :p
