Reached at noon and no queue. Took 30 mins for test and result. Palace waiting area seems pretty full. Still many groups of families more than 2 pax 🤔

Just curious, if there is complimentary cabin, how much do we need to pay for the food? Or the food will be complimentary too?

Comp cabin only need to pay Seaport Taxes and Gratuity. Food are comp for all inclusive restaurants (Lido, Snack Corner and Dream Dining Upper/Lower).

may i seek advice from gurus here.

is there a $100 for $120 f&b credits for purchase onboard?
and if i can use the $120 to buy the classic drink package ($138) and top up the difference.

seems cheaper to go this way than the 10% discount on prebook drinks package for dreamelite members.

$100+$18 vs $124
Sadly, they don’t allow the credits to be used for the drinks packages. Only the drinks bundles and food deals. Looks like more worthwhile to pre-book with 10% discount. I paid full price on board now 🙁

Oh thank you. so if there is comp cabin and can bring family (+3pax) there paying only taxes and gratuity, it can be good deal.

Yes, cabin can accommodates up to 4paxs. However, do take note that a surcharge will be imposed on non-RWAS member - think is $50/pax. On top of that, 3rd/4th pax may incurr additional charges too. Just check with the hotline for exact details.

Complimentary Room Additional Charges for non Genting Highlands (GH) member, Resort World at Seas (RWAS) member and 3rd/4th pax are as follows:
1) 18 Years old and above non GH member or RWAS member needs to pay surcharge of $35/pax/night; and
2) 3rd/4th pax of same room needs to pay $50/pax/night.

Example 1: 3D/2N trip for 3pax/room in a room - Husband (entitled free room) brings wife (member) and 18 years old person (non member). Additional = ($35 x 2) + ($50 x 2) = $170.

Example 2: 3D/2N trip for 3 in a room - Husband (entitled free room) brings wife (member) and 1 below 18 years old kid (non member). Additional = ($50 x 2) = $100.

Example 3: 3D/2N trip with 3 in a room - Husband (entitled free room) brings wife (non member) and 18 years old kid (non member). Additional = (($35 x 2) x 2) + ($50 x 2) = $240.

Example 4: 4D/3N trip with 3 in a room - Husband (entitled free room) brings wife (non member) and 18 years old kid (non member). Additional = (($35 x 3) x 2) + ($50 x 3) = $360.

The Cancellation and No Show Penalty for Member with Complimentary Room is very high!

Seaport Taxes $60/pax (2N or 3N same).
Gratuity $21/night/pax (Balcony or lower category) or $26/night/pax (Suite).
Swab Test is Comp.
