My physical card on the way haven get mayb my vitual card cannot use?

I have no issue using it prior to receiving my physical card previously. At times i notice if my hp cover is those thick and bulky type may hinder usage.

Try without hp cover on. Make sure u have click pay on your Samsung pay. Authenticate with your finger print or password. See the grabpay card popped on screen then tap onto screen of machine (with key in buttons) stating amount to be paid.

Sorry I go into such detail just in case u miss out any steps

None worth it. Maybe use gpmc to top up at gtm machine?

ya i am currently using it. top up using GPMC, but since u0b 1 stopping it. thus i finding alternative. monthly average about $500-600 of NFP for my car expenses, too bad EZLINK not my choices as ez auto reload no fee.

next i can think of is using mahanttan card top up 3k to GPMC to get 3%.
it still eligible right

I have enough but when I put my phone near reader no response leh... tried two machine Liao. NFC on also...

You are supposed to use the back of the phone for NFC payment, not the screen. My wife made a similar mistake.

NFP refund limit using ATM is no more $500? Tried DBS/UOB/OCBC ATMs today, all cannot.

Was there a change? I check NETS website, I do not see any mention ....

Even if not on ATU, need to wait a couple of days after top up before refund at atm

checking on how to top-up NFP wallet, using dbs debit visa NFP card. If i go to gtm machine, do i just top-up as I would for an ezlink card? Or are the two wallets (ezlink/NFP) separate?

For those who wish to Auto Top-Up via credit card, it is better to use EZ-Reload because there is a convenience fee of $0.25 will be charged if use NETS FlashPay Auto Top-Up.

Is there convenience fee too if I manually top up with my nfp android phone FlashPay App?

Wouldn't it be faster for you to just open your app and try, especially if you already have an NFP Android phone?

Top-up fee of $0.25 is applicable for DBS / POSB / OCBC / UOB cards. Top-up fee of $0.50 is applicable for all other cards.

Thanks for the clear info, I'll top up $500 into NFP with GPMC with top up fee of $0.50.
