I use the black rice vinegar instead of the common one. and 1 bowl of water. I add mushrooms too so got the sweet taste
what do you guys think of chia seeds/nut ??? the shop selling claims its high in omega 3
The 2 main components of omega 3 that is beneficial for the body are DHA and EPA. Plant based omega 3 is made up of mostly ALA, but the human body is inefficient in utilising it(only a fraction of it is converted into DHA and EPA). Fish and fish oil, on the other hand, contains much more DHA and EPA for the same amount of serving. Buy pharmaceutical grade fish oil for consumption.
Also, flaxseed and chia seeds(iirc) contains omega 6 which we are supposed to reduce our intake of.

But seriously, I like using my vibrams
I do take chia seeds when I am bothered enough
I like them for their ability to swell and become a jelly-like glob - helps to promote satiety
