minced meat.

total damage: less than S$10
total serving size: 4 (1 per day)

I can just 'taste' the finished product :lick:

1 serving per day enough for you meh? I tot you usually eat 10 eggs in one go=:p

think about it.. you're craving for the sauce, saltiness, pork lard and chili, not the tasteless bland noodles.

lots of Vibram supporters in the comments fighting for Vibram.

There is nothing to fight - go read some of the links I posted

The lawsuit is to settle the claims which aren't scientifically proven

It does not mean that the company has committed fraud

Sigh. Im slacking off my LCHF strict diet.

Only breakfast is LCHF.
Since im sick of pure eggs and bacon. Now i do aglio olio with eggs, bacon and veg for breakfast. Using gluten free pasta or the pasta thats low carbs one

Lunch and dinner cant do much except to lower carbs only

Just ask for the bak chor soup without noodles :s13::s13::s13:

Carbs and fats - very bad combo :s8:
