thinking about it, the reason why Colorectal cancer is the number 1 cancer in Singapore may be because our diet actually lacks RS!

Maybe we are actually too "clean" as well

Sanitized everything and even the good bacterias also gone :(

Why is bacon better than ham?

Is saturated fat ok?

Ham and bacon contains high amt of sodium, nitrate?

ham is processed meat and in the process alot of funny ingredients have been added in like sugar, dextrose etc.

you can check ingredient list, ham is processed meat, usually theres potato starch inside.

bacon is just pork + sodium + water. sodium is ok to consume

yesterday i was brainstorming... and i know what to replace sugar in cupcakes already...


i used salt and tuna in olive oil!! it became some savory tuna cupcakes instead haha. quite nice.

Sounds funky
I think agave nectar or honey will do
