stir fried mined pork marinated with olive oil, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt.

with the regular salad.

Its 1 whole packet of minced pork from NTUC at 250grams izit too much to be healthy??

From the looks of it....looks like you're taking in too much lean protein instead of fats......make sure to supplement with a slice of anchor butter and coconut oil

can i just chop SCS butter into the bowl and eat?? Nid about how big? 1 thumb length?

Half a finger thick.....slice and eat :o

Try to use anchor as it's grassfed, watch your omega 3 and omega 6 ratio......keep it 1:1 :o

which are the food that are high in omega 6? Can list those that are commonly eaten? Will try to reduce intake if possible :o

Usually found in grains...legumes like peanuts etc etc all the nuts....Vegetable oils, Safflower oil, canola oil and all it's variants......

Eat more fish and seafood....and grassfed meats and supplement with good fishoil capsules
