2 weeks into kind of lchf diet or rather super reduced sugar diet, i feeling weaker, do a bit of stuff like no energy.... nid to drink concentrated milo lolx :s22::s22:
i think my body got problem converting fats into energy :(:(

Are you taking enough fats in the first place?

I have no problem participating in my martial arts classes on this diet and no problems working out too.......

A very common beginner mistake is to up lean protein and neglect fats. Take more butter and coconut oil regularly.

Drinking Milo will hinder ur transition process. The idea is to empty ur glucose reserve and kick start ketosis state

malay version of mutton soup aka kambing soup is lchf approved?? its meaty, oily and salty but i love it :x

Nope

10 chars

Wah I do drink the malay/indian stall mutton soup but I usually order the tulang(bone) version. I dun finish the soup but I like to eat the cartilage and marrow.

I also love the malay cai png. Usually order brinjal, kang kong, mussels and beef/mutton curry/rendang. Not exactly lchf coz of all the condiments and veg oil but still better than eating bak chor mee, char kway teow etc.

Sometimes I will also order the rojak but what i usually get is the tempeh, beef lungs(i think) and sotong. The biggest temptation is usually the dip:(
