2 weeks into kind of lchf diet or rather super reduced sugar diet, i feeling weaker, do a bit of stuff like no energy.... nid to drink concentrated milo lolx

Drinking Milo will hinder ur transition process. The idea is to empty ur glucose reserve and kick start ketosis state
Are you taking enough fats in the first place?
I have no problem participating in my martial arts classes on this diet and no problems working out too.......
A very common beginner mistake is to up lean protein and neglect fats. Take more butter and coconut oil regularly.

i think should be, now i fry my scrambled eggs with a big chuck of unsalted luxpax butter (gotta use finish this since i got 3bar :x)
i also consume a lot of chinese roasted meat (pork belly).
no rice combo for 1week
