out of topic but..... if fasting dun defecate, then the body use the fat burn already the waste comes out from where? urine?

so if i drink more plain water and pee more can get fat waste out faster???

i doing my weekend fast again since friday 11pm :s13:

I think metabolic waste forms a small part of our faeces. The bulk of it comes from what we consumes.

I never thought of this but this is just my guess. For example, a 100g chicken breast only has 9g fats and 21g protein, with all the other vitamins and minerals being negligible in terms of weight.

So effectively, our body is only able to metabolize the 30g of macro nutrition, with the bulk of ~70g excreted as waste product.

Similarly, if you don't eat anything, the bulk of your waste which comes from metabolizing your body's reserve(fats) is kept to a minimal.

My advice is not to drink too much water and overwork your kidneys.

Not sure if I'm doing right with this resistant starch thingy.. but i made potato salad and chilled it in the fridge.
only used 35% Fats sour cream, Ayam brand tuna in evoo, potatoes and cherry tomato

if you are looking to optimize the resistant starch intake without increasing your carbs too much, go for the unmodified potato starch.
