what the sumaary

At each meal, the first bite must be meat/protein to sugar spike.

Keep carbohydrates to 20% or less of each meal.

Vegetables = meat/protein to be of equal proportions about 40% of each meal.

Swear off Sunflower oil.

Eat salad or light frying/cooking of your food with cold pressed Extra Virgin Oil.

I only know 2 veg + 1 meat cai png
Try to up your protein to 2 vegetables + 2 meats/protein and 1/3 of normal rice.

Each meal combinations:
Lean pork/chicken + egg + 2 vegetables
Lean pork/chicken + tofu + 2 vegetables
Lean pork/chicken + taukan + 2 vegetables
Fish + egg + 2 vegetables
Fish + sotong + 2 vegetables
Fish + prawns + 2 vegetables
Beef + mushrooms + 2 vegetables
Tempe + chicken
Etc
