If the perpetrator is really rich then he just need to pay 1 of the victim with huge amount of compensation to disagree with the lift. Hope his name will be release asap so we can see whose elite son he belong to.

The principle of gag order is to protect the identifications of victims.

I doubt the High Court will have any reason to keep the gag order if the victims themselves have asked to lift it.
