Or will voters prefer NCM instead? Older man with some experience in parliament. 1 of the last ones from the "era of army men" besides OYK, CCS who did a bad job at MOE, but that's another story, during LHL's time.
His choice to remain silent when questioned afew times about the NTUC-Allianz sale is a big issue though.

Incumbent for Jalan kayu precinct Ng Ling Ling when it was under AMK GRC previously is no more part of the team.
1. If she did a good job and was removed, not very likely
2. If she did not do a good job and was removed then NCM has Ben sent on suicide mission
3. Or it is such a safe place that PAP feels they can win anyways irrespective of the incumbent's performance

My Guess is it is 3.
Lot of landed properties in this area so bread butter issues, jobs may not be so important here
