LOL..i see so many ppl drive like Scirocco, they really trust the other driver to slow down and brake in time....

Sometimes other drivers can be distracted, maybe split second playing with radio or saw a chiobu across the other side of the street with a very short skirt and shirt about to burst at the buttons (i have been guilty of that a couple of times)

even if scirocco signal and suddenly cut in also no use, can see the taxi very close and not slowing down...only useful when insurance see the video

This is still considered side swipe. To be head on, scirocco need to be fully in the lane. This case taxi hit scirocco just after the front wheel arch. So scirocco is just changing lane and never ensure lane is clear and safe from traffic having right of way. Many times people forget their advance theory after getting their licence.
