Pls read 126 clearly.

All 3 pts must be satisfied, with the last point, car is in motion.

This driver didn't meet 126(a) conditon?

But isn't this 126(a) flawed or outdated with Livestream and Tiktok and Bigo Livestream or Video recording?

This has been clarified so many times but many people still try to bluff public. The question is why do they want to do that? I don’t think it is just innocent ignorance.
That officer in TS video I believe is auxiliary police not traffic police..can’t trust these auxiliary police

The rules are dumb.
It is like saying pang sai is defined as
1. You must be sitted on a toilet bowl.
2. You must kei sai.
3. The sai must be moving out from your rectum to anus
Nice analogy.

not rules different but more like no/little enforcement for cyclists.
so they can keep breaking rules

i've seen cyclists beating red lights in Thomson so often.
and when i ask my cyclist friends (who are also drivers) why they do so, they say some people have the thinking, why should i compromise my training
training for what? train to survive cycling into heavy vehicles? :s11:
