I am sure driver knows.
Theres a pretty loud sound when yr side mirror is hit.
Anyways driver can claim new side mirror from this video.

Judging from the clip, i dont think the rider hit and run.
cos it happen fast, 1 second Hit and how he know?
unless hit his left side of the handle.

most likely he didn't know that his bulky side boxes had hit that side mirror .. not sure why he need those but even if he did need it, should at least apply some brain logic & not try to slalom his way thru' traffic.

& why the biker cam rider behind didn't alert his fellow rider?

Bike installed 2 bulky carriage boxes and still squeeze in between cars. This kind of accident will be commonly happen. Very irresponsible motorist.
