Help in downloading using Starhub fiber

Hi, I recently signed up for Starhub fiber plan and I am having problem downloading from file sharing sites (Mediafire, Rapidgator, etc) although I am able to log in as premium user.
It always shows Error 404 Session not found.
Is there anything I need to set on the D-link router?
Any advise on this?
